Nefru Labs provides software, websites, and services under the Nefru Labs brand. Our products (such as Render Revolution and others we may offer) are part of these services. You must use our services in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. AI-Generated Outputs — Important Disclaimer

Some Nefru Labs products (for example Render Revolution) use AI to generate or process content. All such AI-generated results are produced by AI systems (AI agents). As with other AI tools, we do not guarantee that results are 100% accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular use. AI can produce incorrect, misleading, or imperfect results. You should always review and verify any output before relying on it for design, presentation, or commercial decisions. Nefru Labs is not liable for decisions or outcomes based on AI-generated content.

3. Credits and Payment

Use of certain features in some of our products may consume credits. You purchase or receive credits under the plans and pricing offered at the time. Credits are non-transferable and subject to our credit and usage policies.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits or subscriptions. Credits once purchased or granted cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. By purchasing or using credits you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this no-refund policy. If you have exceptional circumstances you may contact us; any exception is at our sole discretion and we are under no obligation to refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for illegal purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or to abuse our systems or other users. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe terms have been violated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nefru Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss resulting from AI-generated output, service downtime, or use of our services.
